Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients

  • 2 Lemons juiced

  • 1/2 Cup Olive oil

  • 6 Cloves Garlic peeled, smashed and minced

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 2 tsp ground Cumin

  • 2 tsp Paprika

  • 1/2 tsp dried Oregeno

  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper flakes

  • 2 Pounds boneless skinless Chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. In large ziplock, combine everything and marinade chicken for at least 1 hr in the fridge. In the morning, or overnight for more flavor.

  2. In a skillet, cook thighs on medium high for 4-5 mins on each side until done.

  3. Slice chicken against the grain into thin strips, then saute again for 2 minutes until crispy.

  4. Serve how you like.
